Imagelize provides browser-based media conversion, compression, and design utilities for personal and commercial use. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse engineer client bundles maliciously, or bypass system rate limits.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over any media files, images, or videos processed through our tools. Imagelize claims zero rights or ownership over your content.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we design our tools for maximum stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted execution across all browser hardware configurations.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Imagelize or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
